1. Return Window
- You can return any unused and unwashed items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Items that are damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items or clearance items.
- Custom or personalized products.
4. How to Return
- To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns Center at MittalGarments.com/returns or contact our customer service team at support@mittalgarments.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
5. Refund Process
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
6. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. You will receive a store credit to place a new order for the desired item.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- We will offer a full refund or exchange, including any return shipping costs.
